Pro tip: Use ripe peaches, ones ready to eat because the skin comes off with ease.
The first thing to do is to take off the skin from the peach and the easiest way to do it is by blanching the peaches in boiling water for about 35-40 seconds. Next, immediately place them in a cold water bath for another 30 seconds but no more! Make sure not to leave them soaking.
